1. Welcome to Trench Bot!

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE TRENCH BOT

These terms of use are entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”), as a User and, on the other side, Altcoinist (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “we”).

Acceptance of Terms. By using our Services available within the Trench Bot, you fully acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall form a legally binding agreement between you and Altcoinist (hereinafter referred to as "Terms").

Additional Terms. When you decide to access, test or use specific features described or available on the Trench Bot, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions that will be displayed in the corresponding section and must be accepted before accessing those features.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

About Altcoinist. Altcoinist is the developer of a platform built on interoperable Web3 infrastructure, enabling digital communities to operate as on-chain economies. The platform offers tools for creators to establish exclusive access areas and create community staking pools, supporting improved audience engagement, visibility, and revenue generation (https://www.altcoinist.com/).

Additionally, as part of the entire ecosystem, Altcoinist developed Trench Bot to address inefficiencies in bot trading by providing a structured and reliable system for executing trades. It eliminates the chaos of overcrowded trading communities, ensuring a more organized and efficient trading experience.

3. Definitions (a-z)

“Applicable Law”	any binding legal provision, including but not limited to laws, statutes, regulations, codes, ordinances, norms, court decisions, orders, decrees, or any other normative or administrative acts, decisions, requirements, recommendations, interpretations, or applications by a public authority, or any other public authority, regardless of whether it has a binding effect.
”Authority”	means any statutory governmental, judicial, or other authority or any of them or any of their authorized representative;
”Blockchain”	is a system of recording information, in a way that makes it difficult or impossible to change, hack, or cheat the registered data and the system, in general using cryptography and being duplicated and distributed across the entire network of computer connected on the blockchain;
“Company” or “Altcoinist”	it is a reference to the Altcoinist group;
”Crypto - asset”	means a digital asset in which transactions are verified and records maintained by a decentralized system using cryptography named Blockchain;
“Electronic Wallet”	means the technical solution that allows a user to store, send or receive Crypto – assets or other digital assets by using Blockchain infrastructure. Each Electronic Wallet has a Public Address to which is assigned a unique Private Key.
“Gas Fee”	refers to the fees charged by the Blockchain infrastructure for performing and validating a transaction; generally, fees are charged in the Crypto - assets used by each Blockchain for performing transactions;
“Group Owners”	shall mean any individual or entity that deploys the Trench Bot within their own Telegram groups or channels, utilizing its functionalities to provide automated trading features to members of their group. Group Owners may be eligible to receive a percentage of the fees generated through the use of the Trench Bot within their Telegram groups or channels, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein;
“Private Key”	refers to a confidential alphanumeric cryptographic code, uniquely associated with an Electronic Wallet, enabling its holder to access and control the associated digital assets or perform secure transactions on a Blockchain or other digital platforms.
”Public Address”	means the sequence of characters (letters and numbers) that identifies an Electronic Wallet;
“Recovery Phrase”	means the specific sequence of words generated by the Blockchain infrastructure, when initiating an Electronic Wallet allowing the user the possibility to re-access / re-configure their Electronic Wallet, with the observance of the conditions imposed by the Electronic Wallet service provider.
“Services”	refers to the functionalities and technical capabilities provided by the Trench Bot;
“Supported Blockchains”	refers to the Blockchain networks that are integrated with the Trench Bot for executing transactions and related functionalities. As of the date of the last revision of these Terms, the Supported Blockchains include the Ethereum Blockchain and the Base Blockchain.
“Trader”	shall mean any individual or entity who engages with the Trench Bot by executing trades using the functionalities provided through the Services;
“Trading”	refers to the process of buying and selling Crypto – assets or other digital assets through the Trench Bot on supported Blockchain networks or decentralized exchanges;
“Trench Bot”	refers to the automated trading software developed and operated by Altcoinist, which is designed to execute trades on the Ethereum Blockchain and perform other related functions, including but not limited to Electronic Wallet management, buy and sell order execution, and integration with Telegram for deployment in trading-related groups or channels;
”User”	means both the Trader and the Group Owners;

4. Access to the Trench Bot

Eligibility. To access and use the Trench Bot, each User must:

(a) Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

(b) Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

(c) Not be subject to any sanctions, prohibitions, or legal restrictions preventing you from engaging in cryptocurrency/Crypto-assets transactions;

(d) Use the Trench Bot strictly for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Creating an Account as a Trader. To access and use the Trench Bot, Traders must register through the provided registration process available on Telegram and on the https://docs.altcoinist.com/.

Creating an Account as a Group Owner. Group Owners may deploy the Trench Bot to their Telegram groups or channels by following the integration instructions provided on https://docs.altcoinist.com/.

Supported Blockchains. The Trench Bot operates exclusively on the Supported Blockchains, which as of the latest revision of these Terms, include the Ethereum Blockchain and the Base Blockchain. The Company reserves the right to modify the list of Supported Blockchains at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

5. Use of the Trench Bot - Services

5.1 For Traders

Trading. Traders can utilize the Trench Bot to (i) execute buy and sell orders of the compatible Crypto – assets conducted on the Supported Blockchain, (ii) manage their Electronic Wallets created while using the bot and (iii) make and share predictions regarding Crypto-assets price movements - based on their personal analysis.

Wallet Creation and Importing. The Trench Bot allows Users to either create a new Electronic Wallet with a Private Key accessible only by the User or import an existing, compatible Electronic Wallet.

Users acknowledge that the Private Keys of both imported and newly created Electronic Wallets are securely stored by the Company in an encrypted format, ensuring that they cannot be accessed or retrieved by the Company.

Default Electronic Wallet. Traders have the option to change their default Electronic Wallet, whether it was generated via the Trench Bot or an imported compatible wallet. Once a new default wallet is set, all future trades will be automatically executed using that wallet, and Traders acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring the security, accessibility, and correctness of the selected wallet.

Adding Funds to the Electronic Wallet. Users may add funds to the Electronic Wallet generated by the Trench Bot by using the “Add Funds” feature and by following the deposit instructions provided within the interface. All transfers must be made to the specified wallet address, and Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the deposit details.

Ranking System Participation. By engaging in prediction activities while using the Trench Bot, Traders expressly acknowledge and agree that they will automatically be included in the ranking system (leaderboard) deployed by Altcoinist. This leaderboard reflects trading performance, accuracy of predictions, and other relevant metrics, which may be publicly visible to other Users. Traders accept that their participation in the leaderboard is an inherent feature of the Trench Bot, and they waive any claims against Altcoinist regarding the display, ranking, or evaluation of their performance.

5.2 For Group Owners

Integration with Telegram. Group Owners have the ability to deploy the Trench Bot within their own Telegram groups or channels, enabling their community members to access its trading functionalities. By integrating the Trench Bot, Group Owners can facilitate the execution of buy and sell orders on the Supported Blockchains, allow members to share market insights and trading convictions, and enhance engagement within their trading community.

Responsibility for Deployment. Group Owners are solely responsible for integrating, deploying, and managing the Trench Bot within their Telegram group, including overseeing all activities, content, and interactions while ensuring compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The Company bears no liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, disputes, or regulatory issues arising from the deployment or use of the Trench Bot.

6. Use of the Trench Bot – Additional Features

Customization of the Gas Fees. The Trench Bot allows Users to customize their Gas Fee thresholds to prioritize transaction speed based on their individual preferences. By adjusting the Gas Fee settings, Users acknowledge that higher fees may result in faster transaction confirmations, while lower fees may lead to delays or failed transactions due to network congestion. Altcoinist does not guarantee transaction execution within a specific timeframe and bears no liability for delays, failed trades, or increased costs resulting from the User’s selected Gas Fee threshold or blockchain network conditions.

Customization of the Slippage. The Trench Bot allows Traders to customize slippage tolerance, which determines the maximum price difference they are willing to accept between the expected and executed price of a trade.

Users acknowledge that setting a higher slippage tolerance may result in faster trade execution but at a potentially less favorable price, while a lower slippage tolerance may lead to failed or delayed transactions due to price fluctuations. The Company bears no responsibility for losses, failed trades, or unfavorable execution prices resulting from the User’s selected slippage settings or market volatility.

Withdrawals. The Trench Bot provides Users with the “Withdrawal” feature that allows them to transfer their Crypto-assets from the Electronic Wallets generated through the Trench Bot to third-party Electronic Wallets of their choice.

Users acknowledge that all withdrawals are subject to applicable blockchain network fees (Gas Fees) and that processing times may vary depending on network congestion and third-party wallet provider policies. Altcoinist bears no responsibility for delays, transaction failures, or losses arising from incorrect Public Addresses, third-party service issues, or any other factors beyond its control. All withdrawals are final and irreversible once broadcasted to the Supported Blockchains.

7. Fees

Fee Structure for Traders. Traders engaging with the Trench Bot will be subject to the exchange fees charged by the bot. These fees are typically associated with the execution of trades, wallet management, and any other services provided by the Trench Bot.

Traders expressly authorize Altcoinist to deduct any applicable fees, commissions, or taxes due for executing transactions through the Trench Bot. These deductions shall be automatically applied at the time of each transaction and may include, but are not limited to, Service fees, Gas Fees, and any regulatory or tax obligations required under Applicable Laws.

Group Owner Rewards. Group Owners will be entitled to receive a percentage of 20% of the fees gained by the Trench Bot only from the buy orders conducted by Traders within their Telegram group.

The rewards will be settled instantly and delivered to the Electronic Wallet generated or imported by the Group Owner upon the initial setup of the Trench Bot in their Telegram group. The value and percentage of the rewards will be determined by Altcoinist and may be adjusted at its discretion, without notice provided to the Group Owner.

For the purpose of clarity, the rewards due to the Group Owners shall be calculated exclusively based on the fees charged by the Trench Bot for executing transactions and shall not include any associated costs, such as Gas Fees, blockchain transaction fees, or any other third-party charges. Group Owners acknowledge that these additional costs are independent of the Trench Bot’s fee structure and shall not be considered when determining reward payouts

Trading Costs. Both Traders and Group Owners acknowledge and agree that, in addition to the fees charged by the Company for the use of the Trench Bot, they shall bear any applicable Gas Fees or transaction costs imposed by the underlying Blockchain network for each trade executed. These network fees are not controlled, set, or received by the Company and may fluctuate based on blockchain congestion and other factors.

Traders acknowledge that trade execution costs may be impacted by slippage, liquidity fluctuations, and market conditions, with slippage tolerance being manually adjustable at their own risk. All associated costs, including unfavorable execution due to slippage, spread variations, or price volatility, shall be solely borne by the Trader, and the Company bears no responsibility for any resulting losses or discrepancies.

No Refunds. All fees incurred through the use of the Trench Bot, including but not limited to service fees charged by the Company and blockchain gas fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Users acknowledge and agree that once a transaction is executed or a fee is charged, they shall have no right to request or claim a refund, reversal, or reimbursement from the Company, regardless of the outcome of their trades or any technical issues encountered

8. Referral Program

Referral Rewards. The Company offers a referral program where Users can earn rewards by referring others to the Trench Bot, receiving a percentage of the trading fees generated by their referrals, based on a four-level structure. These rewards are calculated solely on the transaction fees charged by the Trench Bot for performing Trading activities and exclude any associated costs, such as Gas Fees, transaction costs, or other third-party charges. The referral reward breakdown is as follows:

1. Primary Referral (Direct Referrals): 10%;

2. Secondary Referral (Referrals of Direct Referrals): 6%;

3. Tertiary Referral (Referrals of Secondary Referrals): 3%;

4. Quaternary Referral (Referrals of Tertiary Referrals): 1%.

Adjustments of the Referral Program. The conditions of the Trench Bot referral program may be modified at the sole discretion of Altcoinist, and any changes will become effective upon the publication of the updated terms in the dedicated section of the Trench Bot or on www.altcoinist.com or any of its subdomains. Users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised terms once they are made publicly available.

9. Assumption of Risks

No Investment Advice. Traders acknowledge that the Trench Bot provides automated trading functions but does not provide financial advice or guarantee profits. All trading decisions are made at the Trader’s own risk. Altcoinist shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or adverse financial outcomes resulting from the use of the bot.

Predictions and Market Insights. Any predictions, forecasts, or opinions shared within the Trench Bot by Users or Group Owners are solely their personal opinions. Altcoinist does not verify or endorse these opinions, and Traders should conduct their own independent research before acting on any predictions.

Volatility Warning. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in the Crypto – assets market, including but not limited to price volatility, liquidity risks, and potential loss of value.

Regulatory Compliance. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all Applicable Laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Altcoinist does not provide legal advice, and Users should seek independent legal counsel regarding regulatory compliance.

Technical Risks. Using Internet-based assets (such as Crypto – assets) carries risks, such as potential hardware, software, and internet connection issues, as well as the risk of malware and unauthorized access to wallet information. You understand and agree that the Company is not liable for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions, or delays during your use of the Services, regardless of the cause.

Third – Party Integrations. The Trench Bot interacts with third-party services such as blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges (e.g., Uniswap), and Electronic Wallets. Altcoinist does not control these third-party services and bears no responsibility for technical malfunctions, security vulnerabilities, or losses arising from their use.

Regulatory Adaptions. Whenever during the use of the Services, any applicable legal provisions, whether national or international, that may either modify, extend, suspend, or cease any the legal regime with regard to the Crypto - assets and Blockchain industry that will enter into force, as to the relevant jurisdiction for the scope of these Terms, the User acknowledges that we will be required to observe and confer full effects to such new legal requirements and, if necessary, we will have to amend certain aspects of the Services in order to abide by such provisions. Nevertheless, should any future provisions of law determine us to stop providing any good or service contemplated herein, or to modify the performance of any obligation thus incurred, we shall be held entirely harmless towards the User/s under all theories of liability for any material damages that the latter may or would intend to claim in this connection.

10. Intellectual Property of Altcoinist

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Trench Bot, including but not limited to its software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, design, user interface, and underlying technology, are the exclusive property of Altcoinist and its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Trench Bot solely for its intended purposes, in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the Trench Bot or its intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Altcoinist reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement, unauthorized use, or violation of its intellectual property rights.

11. Technical Partners, Providers and Third Parties

Services may occasionally be accessed through separate third-party websites or platforms, in which case those platform's own policies, limitations, and terms & conditions will fully apply to those services.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

12. Security

It is explicitly stated that we shall not be held liable for any actions or inaction in relation to your Electronic Wallets, which may include, but are not limited to, the transfer, reversal of transfer, or recovery of access to said wallets, which are used to store your Crypto - assets.

Considering the above, you are solely responsible for:

• accessing and using the recovery method/the supplementary security measures available for any tool used to access your Electronic Wallets;

• performing the backup of your Electronic Wallet and keeping safe the Private Key and/or the Recovery Phrase;

• any action or transfer you or any other person perform in connection with your Electronic Wallet/s or any of your accounts (if any);

We shall not be held liable for any loss or consequences caused by authorized or unauthorized use of Electronic Wallets, Crypto - assets, including but not limited to access caused by information disclosure, hacking, information release, phishing, phishing, and so on.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Trench Bot, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our site. You must not attack it via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offense under the regulation that governs the Trench Bot’s activity. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

13. Restrictions and Prohibited Use

Jurisdictions. The Company has the right to choose the markets and jurisdictions wherever it finds appropriate to conduct the business and may restrict or refuse, in its discretion, the provision of Services in certain countries or regions.

Prohibited Use. The Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Trench Bot at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of breach of these Terms & Conditions, illegal activity, or any misuse of the Trench Bot. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• engaging in wash trading, front-running, market manipulation, or any deceptive trading strategies while using the Trench Bot;

• using the Trench Bot for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any illicit activities;

• using bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate the platform in a way not intended by the Company;

• posting false, misleading, or fraudulent market insights with the intent to deceive or manipulate other Users;

• sharing confidential, copyrighted, or proprietary information without authorization;

• attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Trench Bot or its underlying infrastructure;

• unauthorized access to other Users’ accounts, wallets, or transaction data;

• Use the Services for resale or commercial purposes, including transactions on behalf of other persons or entities;8

• deploying the Trench Bot in unauthorized, malicious, or fraudulent Telegram groups;

• using the Trench Bot to promote scams, Ponzi schemes, or pump-and-dump scheme

• violate other person’s rights, public interests, public morals, or the legitimate interests of others, including any actions that would interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or prohibit other person from using the Services.

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including reporting violations to law enforcement authorities. Users found in breach of these Terms may face permanent suspension from the Trench Bot and forfeiture of any accrued rewards or earnings:

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, investigations, demands, suits, costs, expense,s and damages (including attorneys’ fees, fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out of or related to (i) your use of, or conduct in connection with the Services and/or the Trench Bot, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any applicable laws, regulation, or rights of any third party during your use of the Services.

In such cases, we will have the right, in our sole discretion, to control any actions or proceedings and to determine whether we wish to settle, and if so, on what terms.

15. Warranty and Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE, ALONG WITH OUR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS AND DISTRIBUTORS DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS, PROMISES, OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES “AS-IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING OUR CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES (and excluding the content posted by users), IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WE DO NOT REPRESENT, PROMISE, OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NO DATA TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR INFORMATION STORAGE TECHNOLOGY CAN BE GUARANTEED TO BE SECURE, AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THAT EFFECT. WE MAKE NO COMMITMENTS, PROMISES, OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE TRENCH BOT OR CONTENT LINKED TO THE SERVICES, THE SUPPORT WE PROVIDE FOR THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, THE SECURITY OF THE SERVICES, OR THE SERVICES’ RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS, PROVIDE CERTAIN OUTPUTS OR ACHIEVE CERTAIN RESULTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE, ALONG WITH OUR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS AND DISTRIBUTORS DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS, PROMISES, OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE TRENCH BOT (INCLUDING THEIR VALUE), THE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER AVAILABLE FEATURE OR REGARDING THEIR PROFITABILITY, ACTUALLY, ACCURACY, USABILITY ETC.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND ASSUME THAT ANY DECISION FOLLOWING OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, TRENCH BOT, OR ANY OTHER AVAILABLE FEATURES IS BASED ON YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND RESPONSIBILITY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SUCH AS THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR EXPRESS PROMISES OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SERVICES.

16. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, you agree and understand that we will not be liable for: any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, treble, or other multiples of damages, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services/Trench Bot.

We and our affiliated entities shall not be held liable for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, diminution in value, or any other losses (collectively “Losses”) arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of or access to the Services/Trench Bot, including, but not limited to:

1. the deletion of, alteration of, mis-delivery of, or failure of your Crypto – assets to other Electronic Wallets while using the Services;

2. downloading or sharing of information, including personal information, during the use of our Services;

3. the unauthorized access to your Electronic Wallet/s;

4. services provided by third parties in connection with the Trench Bot;

5. your dealings with or participation in promotional campaigns of third - parties found while using our Services.

We will not be liable for damages caused by others, the wrongful or unlawful actions of third parties, or an act of God. The limitations and exclusions in these terms will apply whether or not we have been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any losses arising.

The Company does not provide any assurance or guarantee that the Trench Bot will meet the expectations in terms of product-market fit, network adoption, or distribution. The Company does not make any promises or representations regarding the success of the overall strategic concept for the Altcoinist Ecosystem, as it depends on general market conditions and market receptiveness. Consequently, the User shall not hold the Company liable in any way for such matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and except as otherwise stated in these Terms, we are not liable in connection with any disputes that arise out of or relate to the herein.

17. We may make changes to our Terms

We might change, add, or remove parts of these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

We will notify such changes by simply updating the terms on the Trench Bot and modifying the [Last revised] date displayed on this page.

18. We may transfer this agreement to someone else

The transfer of rights and obligations arising from these Terms and/or the use of the Trench Bot is subject to our prior written consent.

The relationship between the User and us and any disputes arising from the use of the Platform and/or its Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Applicable Law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts as per the Applicable Law.
