FAQ

What are the fees?

Fees with Trench Bot are 1%, including Referrals, Group Owner Fees, and ALTT buybacks. Fees are only paid on successful transactions.

Can I import a wallet?

Yes! You can import a wallet via a private key by going to Manage Wallets -> Import and following the prompts.

Can I send tokens to Trench Bot & sell them?

Yes, you can deposit any asset on Base or Ethereum Network into your Trench Bot wallet and then swap it for ETH.

I sent ETH to the bot, why don't I see it?

Troubleshooting:

  1. Confirm you are using an official botlink.

  2. Go to Wallets in the main menu and select the wallet you sent the funds to, then tap "Refresh".

  3. If you still don't see the ETH, confirm onchain at basescan.org that you sent to the correct address and the transaction was successful. If it was and your ETH has not arrived contact our team through our support in the bot menu.

  4. If you transferred from a CEX, verify that your transfer has been completed directly from your CEX. Delays are typical.
