Send /exit
in the bot’s DM to cancel any stuck commands.
Fully force-close the Telegram app, then relaunch it.
Still not working?
Clear the chat history with TrenchBot, i.e., delete the bot conversation from your Telegram messages.
IMPORTANT: TrenchBot shows your EVM and SVM private keys only once when your first wallets are created. If you delete the conversation and haven’t saved them, you won’t be able to recover or export your private keys later.
Your wallets will still preload when you relaunch the bot (linked to your Telegram ID), but the private keys cannot be retrieved. Make sure you’ve saved them in a secure place before proceeding!
Reopen the bot and start it again at
Your wallets will auto-load based on your Telegram ID
If menus still lag, try switching to a more stable internet connection — Telegram bots may delay on weak networks.
If none of this works, contact to open a support ticket for your account.
This usually comes down to one of four issues:
Insufficient funds for gas: Go to Fund Wallet and send native tokens (ETH/BNB/Base ETH) to cover the swap gas fees.
Slippage too low: If the network is congested, go to /settings
→ Slippage and increase.
Gas too low: Go to /settings
→ Gas Fee and select Fast or Turbo
Token blocked or invalid: Some tokens are honeypots or have broken quote logic — the bot will block the trade to protect your funds
Stuck onchain transaction: If you have a blocked or pending onchain tx, the bot will prompt you with a Clear Transactions button to reset.
Still stuck? Contact and we’ll help debug it with you.
Check the following:
Caller activity: The caller must drop a new call after your sniper is set up
Chain funded: You need enough ETH, WETH, BNB, or SOL on the correct chain
Slippage too low: Go to /settings
→ Slippage and increase.
Gas settings too low: Set to Fast or Turbo under /settings
→ Gas Fee
Token blocked or quote invalid: Some tokens are honeypots or have broken quote logic — the bot will block the trade to protect your funds.
Still not working? Try re-adding the sniper or testing with a different caller. If it keeps failing, contact on Telegram.
Verify the token onchain: Paste your wallet address into , , , or to confirm the token is actually on your wallet.
Manually load the token: Use /sell [CA]
— this forces the bot to load the token into your session
Example:
/sell 0x123...Dfc2
→ select chain → your token + USD value will appear
If the token still won’t sell:
Adjust Slippage: Go to /settings
→ Slippage and increase.
Adjust Gas: Go to /settings
→ Gas Fee and increase to Fast or Turbo
Check for invalid tokens: Some tokens are honeypots or lack a proper quote — if that’s the case, the bot will block the trade to protect your funds
Stuck transactions: If there’s a pending or blocked onchain tx in your wallet, the bot will send you a prompt with a Clear Transactions button to help reset
Still stuck? Open a ticket by contacting to open a support ticket.
Check the chain: Make sure you sent the token to the correct chain (e.g. ETH to Ethereum, not Base or BNB)
Refresh your wallet: Open the bot → /holdings
→ select the chain → tap Refresh
Verify onchain: Go to /wallets
, copy and then paste your address into , , , or to confirm the funds arrived
Still can’t see the token?
Tap Refresh multiple times — low-cap tokens may take a few attempts
Use /sell [CA]
to manually load or trigger visibility
Example:
/sell 0x123...Dfc1
→ select chain → token and the USD value will appear in Holdings.
If it shows onchain but still doesn’t appear in the bot, contact on Telegram.
Go to Holdings, select the chain, and tap Refresh in the top-right corner.
If a token still doesn’t appear:
Verify onchain: Copy your TrenchBot wallet address from /wallets
and paste it into , , , or to verify your onchain assets.
Tap Refresh multiple times (some tokens with low caps may require retries)
Use /sell [CA] to load a token manually
Example:
/sell 0x123...Dfc1
→ select chain → your token amount and USD value will appear.
Reset your session: Type /exit
in the bot to clear any stuck commands before retrying the withdrawal.
If the transaction failed onchain:
Check your gas balance: Ensure you have enough ETH, BNB, or SOL on that chain to cover the withdrawal fee
Check the token amount: Make sure you’re not trying to withdraw more than your available balance
Verify the destination address: Confirm that the address is valid and compatible with the token you’re sending
Check token mechanics: Some tokens include transfer taxes, cooldowns, or anti-bot logic that can block withdrawals entirely
If your withdrawal fails due to a stuck onchain transaction, the bot will DM you with a Clear Transactions button — use this to reset your wallet queue before retrying.
If you used a default TrenchBot wallet, your EVM and SVM private keys were shown once when the wallet was created.
If you deleted that message, it cannot be recovered — TrenchBot does not allow exporting private keys for security reasons.
What you can do:
Import a new wallet: Go to /wallets
→ Import Wallet and paste the EVM or SVM private key of a wallet you control and want to import
Withdraw funds from your old wallet: Go to /holdings
→ Withdraw and use the bot to send tokens from your old wallet to your new imported one. This allows you to keep using TrenchBot with a wallet you fully control and have access to.
Always save your private keys securely. If they're lost, you cannot recover them from the bot.
Verify the transaction onchain: Paste your wallet address into , , , or . Sometimes a transaction succeeds onchain, but the bot doesn’t register it correctly due to delayed confirmation. If it went through onchain, no further action is needed.
